A vintage as high as our expectations
It is in the secret of our cellar that our secular still took back life to offer us eau-de-vie of the purest quality. After two years in halftones in 2007 and 2008 due to small harvests, we have this year found a normal quantity of harvest for our vintage 2009. We were able to distil the totality of our production to obtain eau-de-vie full of charm.

As usual, we separated wines coming from our Baco and from our Ugni blanc to make separated lots of eau-de-vie. The first ones gave us a very interesting bouquet of fruit which promises us a particularly delicious vintage. The second amaze us by the floral aromatic palette which lets us expect Armagnacs of the best quality. Our brandies are accommodated, naturally, separately according to vines in new oak barrels to bring them all the elements necessary for a maturation which is going to be able to last years and years.
